Oatmeal! No need to add anything fancy if you’re in a hurry- I throw in dried cranberries and a dash of cinnamon and I’m good to go. Just add hot water to your oats and stir around, let sit for a couple of minutes as you put on your shoes and pick up your bag, then add cranberries and cinnamon. You can play around with toppings too and add raisins, honey, cocoa powder, banana slices (quickest fruit to chop!), almonds, walnuts, pecans, blueberries (no need to chop!) etc. You can also buy ready-made oatmeal in a cup where you just add water and go from most supermarkets.

William W.

Oatmeal is very good option.
