Lots of questions pop into my head during the meditation (I call them distractions) and I think the question that pops into my head just before meditation is no more \u2018useful\u2019 than any question I think of at another point of the day.  I\u2019ve heard it suggested to \u2018seed\u2019 your meditation with a question at the beginning and then just meditate without returning to the question so that is something I want to try.<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-3531148024\"><div id=\"thefa-1594824271\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Procrastination is not laziness. It is yet difficult for me to keep the mind from wandering on my own, without help<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Elzo P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">No. I usually focus on breaths or listen to guided meditations or some spiritual&#x2F;Christian meditations.
