A super set of knee push-ups and body weight squats:<\/p>\n<p>Set 1:  Push ups x 8, squats x 16.<br \/>\nRest x 1 minute<br \/>\nSet 2:  Push ups x 10, squats x 20.<br \/>\nRest x 1 minute<br \/>\nSet 3:  Push ups x 12, squats x 24.<\/p>\n<p>And that should put you around 5 minutes.  Some variations you can try:<br \/>\n1.) MIx is lunges for a set of squats,<br \/>\n2.) Add jumping jacks or burpees as you progress<br \/>\n3.) Use weights for bicep curls or tricep extensions<br \/>\n4.) Use a resistance band to stretch back while resting<br \/>\n5.) Add sit-ups or planks for core work (push-ups, squats, then planks).<\/p>\n<p>Hope this helps! Pick 5 exercises, and that\u2019ll make up a quick 5 min workout that will get you in the habit. I\u2019d recommend pushups, squats, lunges, crunches and jumping jacks.  So you\u2019d do push-ups at your own pace for 40 seconds then rest for 20, then squats for 40, rest for 20 and so on. First, before any exercise, it&#39;s good to stretch a little. Then you can start with a few jumping jacks. Squats can follow and then you can do crunches. You can finish with doing the plank. If it&#39;s your first time doing the exercises I recommend that you do them for 15 seconds then every day they can gradually get longer.
