It really depends on the type of mood I am in<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-2306708496\"><div id=\"thefa-931371619\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Procrastination is not laziness. I tune into my breathing and try to stay focused on what the speaker is suggesting to do. I fall in and out of mindfulness thoughts \ud83d\udcad and finally bring myself to a clear mind with the one major thing on my mind that I need to focus on. If it\u2019s at night and I\u2019m in bed, most likely I fall asleep \ud83d\ude34 because that\u2019s my goal with evening meditation \ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640\ufe0f due to the fact that it\u2019s hard sometimes to go to sleep \ud83d\udca4 <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">S Vio Q.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I find I think about all sorts, but I try to bring myself back to just being present and focusing on my breath, sensations or sound a around me, then I think &quot;oh, I&#39;m back&quot; <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Victor F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Distractions. Usually either sleepiness, self doubt or hurriedness. I tend to have a lot of worries, niggles and life concerns run through my head at once. I try to think of these and then let them go. Meditation is my time to reflect about me and how I can better myself and learning to face things with a calm, focused attitude.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lena O.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I go to my nothing box.  This is a place of pure peace and quiet. There are a free roaming thoughts of  what happened during my day, or what I want to happen in the future. The important is that I am learning to accept these thoughts and feelings and keep on with my meditation. So will you! I try to acknowledge the thoughts as they come and just say to myself &quot;Thank you for sharing&quot; then I let it go. When I don&#39;t manage to quiet my mind I find a way to be at peace with that, and I tell myself that there is always another chance to feel better, to calm down and to take another deep breath.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Radmila E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Best way to describe it is fleeting thoughts. I\u2019m still at the beginning of my meditation habit so trying to allow for thoughts to come in as long as they leave without lingering. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Dionaura F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">The things that go through my mind when I\u2019m meditating is all of the nice things in my life. Meditating is like my \u201cremembering memories\u201d time, like a quick flash of the past. It gives me a reminder about how challenging, yet fun life can be. When I notice, I go back to feeling the breath. Sometimes strong emotions arise. I try to feel it in my body and be with it without the storyline. Sometimes it\u2019s hard, sometimes it\u2019s not so hard.
