If you have an specific condition or you just want to be fit there&#39;s a lot you can do, I&#39;m very happy to see that this app already has nutritional recommendations that apply to almost everyone. Quit sugar and fructose,  avoid artificially saturated fats and allow your body to regulate by fasting for as long as you can during the day and do your best to have yearly appointments with your family doctor and nutritionist.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Victor G.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Cereal. No cook time just pour two ingredients and eat.
