So if brushing your teeth is a task, break it down into three &#8211; 1) turn the water on 2) squeeze the toothpaste 3) brush your teeth.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Amir N.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">If its a big task, say washing windows, i break it up over a few days and get it done early.  If its a smaller task i try and pick one or 2 a day and do it when in between other things, or when i am stuck at home waiting for something else.   I savor the pleasure of crosding it off the list.   I try and tale care of lots of things proactively .
