Long before when I was in Cambodia I took a trip with vipassana, an old meditation technique from India. I practiced it for 10 days together with my fellows but never got the persistence. After that when I felt depressed I will start doing it for several days but dropped it in the end. So my history of meditation never get any further. But I do think I can do the challenge!
