I can assign workout videos to each day and then I get a big check mark on the calendar when I completed them. Starting a video is easy, and once it is started, it is easy to follow along. If you are new to regular exercise, start with short videos, even just one warm-up per day to get the blood flowing!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Soren Y.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I want to feel energized for the day. I\u2019ve put off exercising because I\u2019ve had it in my head you exercise to get thin. I\u2019m already thin, so I discount the value of exercising for metal, physical, and emotional well-being. I found that for me the easiest way is to exercise for a few minutes in the morning and then in the afternoon or early evening I do a real workout. I motivate myself for the workout by doing it with friends (going to the gym together, running together etc).
