When I meditate at night, I sleep like a log.<br \/>\nRight now, I\u2019m doing yoga for 10-15 minutes when I wake up, then meditating after breakfast. Also, after you eat dinner your brain starts too calm down so generally that means you\u2019re brain sends calm vibes to the rest of your body which make you act calm and that\u2019s a great time to have a Meditation Session.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Sam J.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I\u2019m not sure I\u2019ve only tried to meditate in the morning, if I do it at night there\u2019s a chance I\u2019ll fall asleep. I like to lay down and meditate so my opinion is it should be a morning or afternoon practice but maybe if you under a lot of stress you can meditate when you feel the need, even if it\u2019s just for a few minutes. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Selmira F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">For it different during early morning and night. Early morning meditation help me focus and control my mood during the day. Meditation before going to bed help me sleep and feel energize when wake up. There are walking meditation, laydown meditation, and standing meditation also. Find the one that suit your. I dedicate 10 or 15mins. If you can\u2019t do that do 5 mins. Or do it a work in the toilet \ud83d\ude42 Totally sets me up for the day. Feel less stressed and I can deal with things more clearly!
