I've been a couch potato my whole life and got very sick on my Birthday. Since then I decided that I need to live long enough to walk my daughter down the aisle. I started running everyday, eating better, and sleeping well.

It was not easy. Shit happens and life give you lemons all the time. I’ve faced a lot of naysayers, mind weeds, and there were days where you just want to break down and cry. I kept pushing, and happy to say that I’ve transformed myself - not only my body, but also my state of mind – and helped inspire the people around me.
