An app can help you build healthy habits? Laughable. We know.
But what if it wasn’t us, the ‘app people’, telling you that an app could make a difference to your life. What if the suggestion and complete belief in its success came from.. one of you?
Use AppI've been trying to pull myself out of a severe depression brought on by a significant series of traumas. This has been even more of a challenge since being diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and ADHD.
I keep wondering to myself why I keep waking up everyday. I don’t really know who I am. I've just been kind of waiting to die, so fixing myself hadn't been a thought.

I'm working on changing my mindset though. When I came across Fabulous, I laughed at the idea that an "app" could help. I rolled my eyes even harder when my goal was just to drink water everyday.

But I failed multiple times to complete the goal...because I was still so depressed. I couldn’t even get out of bed some days.
I had to stop and think for a second. Drinking water is not hard! So I committed and started keeping bottles of water in my room. That's grown into over 10 goals that I'm consistently keeping everyday.
I'm usually running late to work because I don't care enough to take care of myself. But I've been hitting all my goals in my morning routine and I'm stunned at the difference I'm seeing in myself!

"I’m so excited to wake up every morning now! I go through my new routine of showering, brushing my teeth, meditating and then heading off to work."
Simple things like getting up early used to be a huge challenge for me, and I’m so grateful how far I’ve come. I can't believe how big an impact the Fabulous app has had in my life and in my day-to-day.
Don’t take our advice. Take your own. Try the Fabulous App today and let us know - did it work for you?
